When we set-up your QuickBooks® file, there is almost nothing we can't fix.

Corporation & LLC Set Up

First, our firm will make sure the type of entity you have considered is right for your business and individual situation. Second, we will form that entity with the State of Florida. Third, we will complete the forms required by the federal and state government offices to achieve the type of entity you desire (in addition to the filing with the state). Fourth, and most importantly, you will receive lengthy consulting to provide you with information needed to know what you can and can't do, what you must do and when so that you are operating your business properly under federal and state tax laws.
